Here's a pic of my current projects. The top piece is the purse I'm going to felt for myself out of Cascade 220-- just about to start the I-cord cast off. The other is the "daring tank" from Knitting Pretty. I'm knitting it from one strand of white, and one strand of lilac Cotton Ease by Lion Brand. It's knitting up really firm and I love the pattern that emerges-- this is the first time I've knit with two colors while double stranding a piece. I didn't think I was going to like it when I was working on the ribbing, but it's turning out great for the rest :) I'm really impressed with that book, too; I just got it from the library (I've had it on reserve forever and it's finally in). It has a lot of great patterns, I just wish there were pictures for every pattern!
