Woo hoo! The new Knitty will be here tomorrow! Can't wait to add a few more patterns to my must-knit list :) Currently, I'm slaving away on my kool aid yarn knitting a pair of mittens with a pattern from Knitting Pretty--great book, I'm asking for a copy of my very own for my b-day-- which is later this month! (hoping for a lot of knitterly things) :)

I love having Sundays off work-- Sundays have always been my "relax day," so it's great being able to relax today and bum around watching old reruns of The Osbournes and wandering around Joann's and Michael's. I picked up 3 skeins of Homespun in the Tudor colorway (which, on a side note, is super cool because Tudor is my maiden name!) for a baby blanket from Lion Brand's Website. Don't really know anyone who's expecting, but I'm sure it'll be a while before I actually cast on anyway.

I also have mucho better hours this week-- I don't work any nights (unless you count tomorrow when I get off at 7), so I'll be able to relax at home with hubby in the evenings. Ahhh looks to be a good week (hard knock on wood).
