Ok, I finished the Austerman Zoom tank, and I HATE it. It's nasty and feels like plastic garbage bags. I hid it so I don't have to look at it-- and don't even suggest frogging it, because that yarn was so terrible to seam, I know it'll just split all over if I try to rip out. Sigh.

I have started a pair of tube socks out of Brown sheep sport weight-- I need some natural yarn in my hand pronto.

Ok, I ordered from Carolina Homespun on Saturday, and got my package today! I'm so excited! I got some ok fiber with my kit, but the merino multi-colored is GORGEOUS, and the alpaca (I only got 2 oz, figure I'll blend it) is SOOO soft! I'm so excited and have to figure out how to use my dropspindle later. Totally makes up for my crappola sweater.

Thought I'd also mention that I joined the Great Stash Redistribution Project and have already started to put together what I'm going to include in the box once it arrives. I'll be a part of Round 2 and I'm so excited!
