I'm back with pictures! I have to say I am absolutely delighted with the way my Meathead hat turned out. I think it's absolutely adorable, and before I sent it back to Larissa this morning, I took a few pictures. Here's a picture with Patches wearing it (see how much he enjoys wearing it?)


And here's a pic of it on my head. I wore it for about an hour, feeling rather elvish.


And lastly, here's a picture of my poncho in progress. I like how it's striping up. Not too stripey, but it's nice and almost subtle. I only have a few more rows until I cast off. It's the harlot poncho, but I've decided against fringe.


As I posted to the Poncho along, I'm becoming quite funny about ponchos lately. Everytime I see one in a commercial, or on a tv show, or on someone IRL, I poke Jason, my dh, and say, "Look, there's a poncho!" I think I'm just so proud to be in on the fad before it's over; and to actually be *making* the fad, that's even cooler.

And thank you, Lauren, for the cute postcard! I do love getting mail! So sweet of you :)
