I didn't spend much time knitting this weekend, although I am almost done with the main part of the body of the Hourglass sweater. I'll have to post a picture soon. It looks a little big, but I prefer my sweaters a little big rather than tight.
Instead, I spent this weekend working on my soap site. It still needs a lot of work-- making websites is definitely not my forte, but I've updated with lots of new soaps and a few new lotion scents. I also placed an order for a "Gee Your Hair Smells Terrific" scent. I can't wait to try it out! I think I'm going to make a "Gee Your Lotion Smells Terrific" lotion and a "Gee Your Soap Smells Terrific" soap. Should be fun! Made two batches of soap this weekend as well, a Cinnamon Patchouli Orange and a Raspberry Tomato Leaf. Both smell delish. I need to make Cucumber Tomato Garden. That scent sold out at my Habitat for Humanity show, and I just placed an order for more of the fragrance on Friday. The other bestseller, Foot Scrubbers, are back, too. The gal in Georgia who handmakes them was on a break, but was convinced to open up her kiln early instead of waiting until Spring to do so. I wished I had more of them at my show; they sold like hotcakes paired with my foot lotion!
Anyway, Jason got a rather decent bonus at work (hallelujah!), and he sold his rockcrawling rig, so the '64 Lincoln is officially ours now and not MIL's! We can also afford fuel oil, now. It's amazing how much we are watched over, and the way things work themselves out sometimes.
How is my yarn diet doing, you ask? I'm still on it! I don't think my stash will afford 20 projects, so my goal is 10 before I buy new yarn.
