Remember how I wasn't feeling as badly as Jason? Well, I woke up with a fever today, so it appears I'm now sick with whatever was ailing him. Good thing my 1/2 day sub job today was easy-- the teacher had a student teacher, so I only had to teach one class. Looks as though I'll be staying in the rest of the day, napping and watching tv, and maybe knitting if I feel up to it.

I managed to finish one sleeve of the Hourglass Sweater last night, but I just don't feel up to connecting it to the body and knitting another right now. I don't know why this project isn't motivating me, I would love to have a nice wool sweater to wear, I just can't bring myself to work on it. So, instead of joining the sleeve and casting on for the second sleeve, I started a sock. I'm using Plymouth Sockotta-- so far I really like it. I've never knit socks out of a cotton/wool blend yarn before.
