Green Eyed Monster

I'm so jealous! My sis just called me to tell me that a yarn store in our old town of Springboro, Ohio is going out of business (sad news, the owner-- who we didn't know-- passed away and the store is closing), and all their yarns are 40% off. I'm so mad that I can't be there! She called to ask if there was anything particular she could look for, for me, so I'm crossing my fingers and toes she finds me something good. It's kind of hard to be put on the spot like that, but I asked her to look for some needles, some sock yarn and other random bits. Now, I'm sad that she's losing a LYS, but another store had just opened in Springboro, so one of them was bound to go under anyway. Springboro's not that big. My heart is just racing though-- I wish I had a big yarn sale to go to! She already picked up some Lorna's Laces Bullfrogs and Butterflies for herself.

Edit: She picked me up some Cherry Tree Hill supersock, a skein of Mountain Colors and a skein of Lorna's Laces Shepherd Worsted. YAY. They had no other sock yarns or needles though :(

In other knitting news, I finished one sock and have worked the cuff on it's match. I plan to either knit Crusoe or Broadripple next. I'm debating on whether to use Koigu, Sockotta or something else.
