One cloverleaf finished, another cast on

As you can see, I finished one cloverleaf sock last night. For those of you who asked, yes, it is the Daffodil colorway of the Knitpicks Sock Garden yarn. It's wonderfully soft and I love the colors, even if it did do a funny pooling thing at the ankle because there's more stitches there. I actually ended up buying another skein (the first was from my SP) since I wanted to do a textured pattern that needed more yarn than I normally use, and ended up with the same dye lot-- what are the odds of that?!

I can't wait until May when Knitpicks unveils their Summer Line-- they're slated to unveil a few more sock yarns including one that may be like Fixation-- perfect for Summer Socks and I've never knit with an Elastic blend before. I'm thinking I'll like it, though. I love it when my socks hug my feet without being tight.

I worked on it last night while watching Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason. It was funny and cute and just what I expected. We also have Closer, the Second Season of 24 and Beyond Borders to Watch. Lots of time for knitting I'm hoping! Well, I must go and tend to the laundry, dishes and grocery shopping. I slacked off yesterday, as I had a sick headache all day.

P.S. I started a Bookblog to document all the books I read in 2005. I'm actually surprised at the number I've read so far that I remember. I'm sure there's more that I don't remember.
