ETA: I think I have the kink worked out now! Yippee! Ok, it's still a work in progress, as my later posts are screwy and I'm not sure how to fix it..., but the new template is up. What do you think?

Not a good week. Yesterday I got into a small accident in a parking lot on my lunch hour, so the back of my jeep is smashed in. No fun. I love my jeep, so that was devastating (not to mention scary-- my first accident without Jason). Then we're also having neighbor issues. I don't really want to get into it here, but our neighbor is seriously crazy, and Jason had to call the cops on him yesterday morning. Fun. Then, we're also having septic issues (oh the joys of living in the country), so we need a whole new system and field to be installed which is MAJOR money. When it rains, it pours.

On the other hand, I did just stumble across an awesome deal on the discontinued cotton ease yarn, thanks to the cotton ease yahoo group.
Smiley's Yarns has it for $1.99 a skein!
I picked up some cherry, bubble gum, orangeade and candy blue. I'm thinking this sweater will be a good use of some more of my cotton ease stash. Then there's Green Gables, too....
Too bad smiley's didn't have licorice, vanilla, ice blue or blueberry. I've never been able to find the vanilla, and I'm using up the last of my licorice on my cardigan now-- I really hope I don't run out, but I'm on the last skein (I think-- I'll have to root through my stash later), and I'm not quite finished with the first sleeve yet. Yikes.

a strange search this week to get to my blog this week:
Can pregnant women go up the CN Tower?
in answer to your question, yes they can...
