The chiropractor visit was weird. They took lots of x-rays and did an adjustment. He said I was way out of alignment. It felt immediately better though. It's a bit sore today, but he said that was normal. I have to go back on Saturday for him to review my x-rays with me and do another adjustment.

Pics of my skeins of handspun yarn soon-- I have them hanging and drying as we speak. My niddy noddy came yesterday :) I also picked up dyeing supplies this morning before work, so maybe I'll feel up to some dyeing tonight. Or maybe I'll just snuggle up with the wheel and the first season of Big Love on dvd.
